Robert C. Russell has lived in Vancouver nearly all his life.  Rob graduated from Columbia River High School in 1982.  In 1986, Rob graduated with cum laude honors from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.  While at Linfield, Rob was a member of two National Championship Football teams (NAIA Div. II, 1982/1984).  In 1989, Rob obtained his Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, graduating in the top 1/3 of his class.  He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1989 and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington in 1990.  He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Rob's practice has focused primarily on assisting individuals and small businesses with financial challenges but also includes wills, probate, estate planning, business formation and civil litigation.

Rob is married, has a daughter and 3 step sons.  He enjoys sports, keeping up with current events, reading and is actively involved in his Church.
